paul george relishing return from horrific injury
last summer, david west went to san antonio and roy hibbert preferred lakers finally. it's difficult to view the pacers as anything but a feel-good story. but paul george comes back. they are 25-23 so far. in the eighth spot in the surprisingly deep east but only two games behind boston for the 3-seed.
it’s a new season for george. and he feels better than ever as he said.
"every time i step out on the floor, i look down at my leg," george said wednesday at the indiana pacers' shootaround before beginning a short, two-game road trip against the nets. "i've still got the scars, still got a little bone protruding out. i just remember the journey, the rehab that it took to get to this coin, and every game i've been playing. it's been great. i didn't think i'd get to this coin so soon."
it deserved to trust that george’ future may be better with 29.5 coins, 8.2 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game on 49 percent shooting to earn player of the month honors in november.
he is only 25 year-old. he has long way to go and he is a really trueman.
