The "Mamba Moments" mode will be available when NBA 2K24 launches on September 8, 2022.  According to details revealed by 2K Games, the "Mamba Moments" mode will include seven different scenarios representing pivotal games and moments from Bryant's time with the Lakers. These include his 48-point playoff performance against the Kings in 2001, scoring 62 points in just three quarters against the Mavericks in 2005, and leading the Lakers to a Game 7 victory over the Celtics in the 2010 NBA Finals.

December 20, 2005 - Kobe Erupts for 62 Points in Three Quarters

The challenge is to outscore the entire Dallas Mavericks through three quarters just as Kobe did with his 62-point explosion.

March 16, 2007 - Three-Point Barrage Leads to 65-Point Game

Players must help Kobe score 65 points against the Portland Trail Blazers, making 8 three-pointers.

May 30, 2008 - Western Conference Finals, Game 5

Kobe led the 4th quarter comeback against the Spurs to advance to the NBA Finals.

June 17, 2010 - NBA Finals, Game 7

In the most difficult challenge, help Kobe and the Lakers defeat the Celtics in the decisive 7th game.

NBA 2K24 Kobe Challenge Rewards

Players will experience each moment from Bryant's perspective and be tasked with meeting certain scoring or performance-based objectives to complete the challenge. The difficulty level increases in each subsequent scenario, culminating in the challenging 2010 Finals recreation. Completing all the "Mamba Moments" challenges unlocks a special badge and a unique Kobe Bryant jersey as an in-game reward.
