NBA 2K25 Badge Progression

1. Upgrade method: Badges can be upgraded by using them in-game or by upgrading in the team facility.

2. Progression direction: Badge progression only increases and doesn't drop, even if a Badge isn't used in a game.

3. Badge tiers: There are two tiers of Badges - Tier 1 and Tier 2. Tier 1 Badges are more powerful but also more difficult to progress than Tier 2.

4. New Badge levels: In addition to the previous levels (Bronze to Hall of Fame), a new "Legend" level has been added as the highest tier.
